Shermineh Esmati Novak
A Harvard- and University of Toronto-educated Canadian-Iranian entrepreneur, Shermineh works at the intersection of geopolitical risk, national-security policy, and deep-tech commercialization, with a north star of improving international security. She founded NovaSher to turn escalating global risk into decision-grade intelligence for the sectors most exposed to it, and leads the company’s strategy, product direction, and government and enterprise partnerships.
Dan Novak
An Oxford University graduate and former Head of Foreign Reserves at the Bank of Canada, Dan brings central-bank and institutional-finance leadership to NovaSher. He leads the company’s finance function and capital-markets strategy, and shapes how GeoSift is applied to sovereign, banking, and asset-management risk.
